In addition to standard physical evaluations, President Trump mentioned that he also completed a cognitive test. “I don’t know what to tell you other than I got every answer right,” he remarked. He emphasized that he has taken this particular test multiple times—reporting success on four separate occasions—and contrasted his experience with President Biden, who did not undergo a similar evaluation during his last physical.

This current exam marks Trump’s first physical since surviving an assassination attempt last July during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, where he was grazed by a bullet.
