Jana Kramer is always looking for ways to improve herself.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, the actress revealed that while she’s not very good at making New Year’s resolutions, she’s always looking for ways to improve.
“I try not to make resolutions,” Kramer said on iHeart Media’s Jingle Ball on Dec. 6. “Every month I try to do something and change and grow and execute. That’s what I’m going to continue to do.”
Kramer’s husband Alan Russell added: “I’ve never made New Year’s resolutions.” “If we’re going to do it, we’re going to do it at the beginning of the year when it should be done. It’s not just December 31st.”

The One Tree Hill alum definitely had a tough few years.
Kramer split from ex-husband Mike Caussin in 2021 after the former NFL tight end’s cheating scandal broke. The former couple have two daughters, Jolie, 8, and daughter, 6.
“I couldn’t have written this story. This was a story that was written a long time ago than I could have even imagined,” Kramer told FOX News Digital at the 2023 iHeart Radio Music Festival. spoke.

In October, Kramer and Caussin opened up about their tumultuous relationship over the years.
“You don’t deserve to be defined by your past,” Kramer began explaining on the podcast “Whine Down.” “People don’t deserve to be defined by the mistakes they make.”
“We had a really bad year after the divorce…and we’re at a good place…and I’m like, ‘I don’t need that energy anymore,'” Kramer added.
Ms. Kramer publicly claimed that Mr. Caussin had cheated on her with more than 13 women, and admitted that she believed he would have been “cheating forever” if they had stayed together.

“I trust our relationship now more than ever.
