Federal Agents Pursue Suspects in Daylight Armored Truck Robbery
Blue Island, Illinois – Federal agents are actively searching for a group of men responsible for a brazen armed robbery of an armored truck outside a bank in Blue Island, just before 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
The Incident
The Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) in Chicago reported that the robbery occurred in broad daylight, alarming residents and local authorities alike. Surveillance images taken during the incident show three men, reportedly in their late teens to early 20s, brandishing handguns and pointing them at the armored vehicle.

Details of the Suspects
The suspects were described as wearing dark clothing, gloves, and black face coverings during the robbery. After the heist, they fled the scene in a vehicle and were still at large as of Sunday afternoon.
