“Coach Prime” took to social media Monday to slam “multiple idiots” who believe they know where he wants his sons Shedur Sanders and Shiloh Sanders to play in the NFL.

Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders posted his thoughts on X after seeing other social media users specifically suggest teams they don’t want Shedeur to play for.

Week 17 saw a major shake-up in the 2025 NFL Draft standings, with the New York Giants, who hold the No. 1 overall pick, shockingly defeated the Indianapolis Colts, dropping them to No. 4 on the list.

If the season ended on Monday, the New England Patriots would own the No. 1 overall pick, having just taken Drake Maye with the No. 3 overall pick in April.

“There will be multiple idiots saying things that are completely untrue about where I want @ShedeurSanders and @ShiloSanders to play in the @nfl,” Sanders tweeted. “If I’m going to say it, I’ll say it directly to the person it might relate to, not the attention seeker. I know @nflcommish personally!”

Adding to the importance of the NFL Draft conversation, Shedeur was spotted wearing custom Giants cleats before the Buffaloes’ final game against BYU (a 36-14 loss) at the Valero Alamo Bowl. It happened later.

Deion Sanders was adamant that his son, Shedur, would be No. 1. 1st overall pick in NFL draft

And that came after a video of Shedur saying at the practice range, “I know where I’m going, you’ll see me in my cleats later this week,” went viral.

Given that Daniel Jones was fired midway through the season and the Giants are in need of a franchise quarterback, Schedeur is one of the people involved with the team as they consider the possibility of making the No. 1 overall pick in April. It was included.

Shedur, who was in town for teammate Travis Hunter’s Heisman Trophy ceremony, was spotted playing catch with Giants star rookie receiver Malik Nabors on the streets of New York City. However, that connection continued.

But right now, the Tennessee Titans are another team in need of a quarterback, with Will Revis and Mason Rudolph not establishing their roles, and they sit above the Giants at No. 2 overall in the draft order. are.

An argument could even be made that the Cleveland Browns, owners of the No. 3 overall pick, could pursue a quarterback even if Deshaun Watson is under contract for years to come.

As for Shiloh, it’s questionable whether the 6-foot, 195-pound defensive back will ever be drafted at all. He has strong tackling characteristics, but his coverage skills are lacking in the eyes of experts.

However, Prime has made it clear that he believes Shedur will be taken with the No. 1 overall pick, and that Shedur could step in if the organization that drafts his son doesn’t have the right structure in place. It even hints at sexuality.

Time will tell if that happens, but the process has already begun for Shedeur, Shiloh and the rest of the NFL prospects to not play in college games this season.
