Despite bipartisan calls for reform, Congressional action has been lackluster, leaving patients in a precarious position.

There is a pressing need for Congress to address the challenges posed by PBMs. Recent hearings by the House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health have illuminated the price inflation and barriers to care imposed by these entities. The reforms proposed hold significant bipartisan support and are aimed at fixing the existing issues that compromise patient care.
